
Jill is originally from Regina, Saskatchewan where she danced competitively in the areas of ballet, jazz, tap, acrobatics and baton twirling for 17 years. She went on to teaching dance, baton and acrobatics in her home city and has since moved to Edmonton, Alberta where she has opened her own studio specializing in Acrobatics, dance technique and Competitive Acrodance - Supernova Acro Studio! She completed her bachelor of Education (K-5) at the University of Regina which has furthered her expertise as an acrobatic and dance teacher. She is now committed to keeping young kids involved in the areas of the arts and sport! With 25 years of teaching experience, Jill stands by pushing students and reaching personal bests in a positive atmosphere!
Jill's credentials include: Acrobatic Arts teachers Certification Course Conductor, Acrobatic Arts Examiner, Acrobatic Arts Certified Teacher M1,M2,M3, Alixa Flexibility certified teacher, Bachelor of Education, Canadian Dance Teachers Association Certified Teacher, Canadian Baton Twirling Association Level 2 Coach & Inductee of the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame!

Zoe has been dancing since the age of 3, training in many styles with a strong focus on Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip Hop and Acrobatics. She extensively trained in the Acrobatics Arts syllabus and successfully passed all levels from Primary to Pre Professional 3.
This past fall, Zoe spent the year training at Intrepid Dance Company in Markham, Ontario to further her training and prepare her for the professional dance industry. She was selected to dance backup for one of Canada's up and coming pop singer, Reve! Zoe has been assisting and teaching for many years and is very eager about choreography and sharing her passion with the future generation of dancers!


Hanna started dancing at the age of 3, and quickly realized she wanted dance in her life forever. She trained as a competitive dancer for 11 years in disciplines such as ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, acro, hip-hop, and pointe, winning multiple competitions and top awards with her studio along the way.
Throughout her dance journey, Hanna has been fortunate enough to travel and train with numerous dancers and choreographers. She was able to travel to New York City to take classes at Broadway Dance Centre, train with dancers from the musical “Hamilton”, and learn from a Radio City Rockette. After graduation, Hanna followed her love of acro, and traveled to Las Vegas to take part in the Joffrey Cirque Arts training program. This allowed her to train with Cirque du Soleil performers from “MJ One”, and “The Beatles LOVE”, while also learning aerial silks and hoops.
Knowing her passion was acro, she went on to receive her teaching certification through Acrobatic Arts. Hanna is thrilled to continue her journey by sharing her knowledge, love of acro, and dance with the students at Supernova!"

Anna has been dancing since she was 3 years old. She spent 4 years training at Canada’s National Ballet School in Toronto in the Professional Division and while in Toronto she performed with Canada's National Ballet in the Nutcracker.
Some of her other experiences include travelling to Poland with Team Canada Dance, competing in ballet and contemporary at YAGP in Las Vegas where she was invited to dance in Florida at the YAGP Finals. She also participated at YAGP in Phoenix where she received a scholarship to the University of North Carolina School of Dance and completed RAD Advanced 2! This past summer she traveled to Greece with the View Dance Challenge for their Summer Intensive. Anna is very excited to be teaching classes this year at Supernova!

Megan is originally from Edmonton, Alberta, where she began dancing at the age of 3. She has extensive training in jazz, ballet, contemporary, lyrical, tap, and musical theatre, and has additional training from The Royal Winnipeg Ballet, the Leningrad State Ballet in St. Petersburg, Russia, and the Virginia Beach Ballet Academy. Her professional dance career has taken her around the world, performing with Royal Caribbean and Princess Cruise Lines, as well as at Tokyo DisneySea as The Little Mermaid, where she performed as an aerialist in their acrobatic show.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Elementary Education and a Master of Secondary Education from the University of Alberta, with a focus on the body and learning. She is certified in Active Isolated Stretching and is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). She currently teaches Dance and Yoga at Mother Margaret Mary High School and is passionate about helping students connect movement with confidence, expression, and wellness.
Megan is excited to bring her love of dance and teaching to Supernova, where she can support and
inspire young dancers in a positive and empowering environment.

Stefanie has been dancing since the age of seven and continued professionally well into adulthood.
She is extensively trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz & Lyrical, and went on to teach professionally abroad in Romania. That love of dancing internationally sparked the next decade of dancing on Cruise Ships as a member of their dance production casts!
Returning home, she became a full time dance teacher & choreographer sharing her love of dance and experiences with hundreds of students throughout the years.
Now back from starting a family of her own, Stefanie is ecstatic to join the Supernova team and share her love of teaching with the next generation of dancers

Liliana is a pre-professional dancer from Edmonton, Alberta. With over 15 years of dance training, she has developed a strong technical foundation, exceptional versatility, and a passion for artistic growth.
Liliana serves as a Core Assistant for Sol Dance Convention and was selected as the Face of Fever Canada 2025. She has trained extensively through prestigious audition-based intensives and conventions across North America, including ATLAS NYC, The Intensive Toronto, The Living Room Toronto, Joffrey Ballet School, Ballet BC 44 Summer Intensive, The Dance Awards, NUVO, Dance One, and Press Play. Throughout her training, Liliana has had the opportunity to train with renowned industry professionals including; Josie Walsh, Sabrina Phillip, Renee Baldwin, Courtney Schwartz, Stacey Tookey, Talia Favia, Amanda Cleghorn, Dana Foglia, Paris Cavannah, Ricky Ubeda, Derek Piquette, Shannon Mather, Zoi Tatopoulos, Danny Lawn and many many more other leading choreographers, educators, and performers..
Her accomplishments include receiving the $10,000 Bridge Movement Scholarship and $5,000 Protégé Movement Scholarship under Stacey Tookey, being named Dancer of the Year twice at 5678 Showtime 13 and over, earning multiple BOA Winner titles at NUVO, achieving 1st Overall at World Dance Movement, and placing Top 4 Overall at Candance Nationals. She has also received scholarships from Joffrey Ballet School, AMDA, Sacred Heart University, and The University of Oklahoma, among others.
Performance highlights include performing a piece choreographed by Renee Baldwin through Joffrey Ballet School, training at ATLAS NYC with some of the industry’s most respected contemporary artists, and participating in multiple Protégé Movement programs directed by Stacey Tookey.
Liliana continues to pursue opportunities that challenge and inspire her as both an artist and performer. She is passionate about a successful career and is committed to further developing her craft while contributing positively to every creative environment she enters.
